It will direct you to a specific webpage where you are required to fill out specific information.
Where it will ask
Visa Application Type---Enter NONIMMIGRANT VISA(NIV)
Select the location-Select where interview location held
Application ID or Case Number -Enter DS 160
Passport Number-Enter the Passport Number
First 5 letters of Surname- Enter surname upto 5 letters
and then enter the Captcha
Click on Submit

Status:

Application received: Indicates that the US embassy or consulate has successfully received your visa application.

Administrative processing: Indicates that your application necessitates additional review, and the embassy or consulate requires extra time for processing.

Issued: Denotes that your visa has been granted approval, and the US embassy or consulate has officially issued your visa.

Refused: Signifies that the consular officer was unconvinced that the applicant met the necessary visa requirements. In such cases, reapplying for a visa is necessary.

After that, if you placed the address as Pickup , You can visit the Pick Up Place and show appropriate id proof in order to receive passport(Takes 2 to 7 Working days)

How to Track in the courier website 

Find the UID number of each applicant which is printed at the Barcode  line After DS 160 Number in the Appointment Confirmation  Letter 

Paste it as a reference Number in the  Courier website
