U.S. visa appointment availability is currently taking longer than usual across many locations worldwide.

H1B & H4 Visa Applicants
For H1B and H4, applicants should be prepared for appointments extending into 2027.
We will try for available appointments, with a greater possibility of availability during the period of:
May 2027 – December 2027
Please understand that appointment availability is completely dependent on the slots released by the respective U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
Student & Exchange Visitor Visas
For: F1 F2 M1 M2 J1 J2
For fresh applicants who have not previously been refused and are applying for the first time, we recommend providing the account details at least 4–5 months in advance.
Student and exchange-visitor appointments may be released considerably in advance, so early planning is strongly recommended.
B1/B2 Visitor Visas
For B1/B2 applicants, we will try to obtain an appointment within approximately the next 6 months, subject to availability.
Appointments may be attempted at different eligible locations where permitted.
Important: Applicants choosing a different country or consulate should carefully consider language requirements, local procedures, and eligibility conditions before providing the account details to us.

We will try to obtain appointments within approximately 2 months, subject to appointment availability and the applicable rules of the selected location.
C1/D – Transit & Crew Visas
For C1/D Transit and Crew Member visas, we will try for appointments within approximately 3 months, subject to availability.

Our team will keep checking for newly released appointments and will attempt to book an available appointment when a suitable slot appears.
However, appointment availability is controlled entirely by the U.S. Embassy/Consulate and the official visa scheduling system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a particular date, location, or appointment will be available.

We do not use bots or automated tools to book visa appointments.

Why Visa Slots Can Disappear Within Seconds
When the U.S. Embassy releases only a limited number of appointment slots, competition can be extremely high.
For example, suppose an Embassy releases 15 appointment slots at 10:00 AM.
At the same time, thousands of applicants may be checking the appointment system. Multiple applicants may attempt to select the same appointment at almost exactly the same moment.
As a result, a slot that appears on your screen may already be in the process of being selected by another applicant.
You may therefore receive messages such as:
“Selected time is no longer available.”
“Too many processes are currently accessing the system.”
“The appointment slot is no longer available.”
This does not necessarily mean that the appointment system is malfunctioning. It can simply mean that the available appointments were taken by other applicants before the booking could be completed.
Example
Suppose only 15 appointments are released.
If thousands of applicants are simultaneously monitoring the system, many people may see or attempt to select the same appointment.
Even if you see an available date and click immediately, another applicant may complete the booking first.
Therefore, appointment availability can disappear within seconds.
This is one of the major reasons why obtaining an appointment cannot be guaranteed even when a slot briefly appears on the screen.
📢 Please Avoid Unverified Slot Information
We request applicants not to call repeatedly during suspected slot-release times based on rumors, social-media messages, Telegram forwards, or information received from friends and acquaintances.
Instead, please send us a WhatsApp message.

🔄 Rescheduling / Fresh Booking
Please note that rescheduling an existing appointment is treated as a fresh booking service and will be charged separately.
No discounts or negotiations will be entertained for rescheduling/fresh booking services.
Important: High Competition for Limited Slots
Many agents and service providers may already be monitoring a large number of applicant accounts.
However, even when the Embassy releases appointments, obtaining a slot can still be extremely difficult because appointment releases may be very limited and the number of applicants attempting to book simultaneously can be exceptionally high.
Therefore, having an account under monitoring does not guarantee that an appointment will be successfully booked.
